BOLGHERI

Camping Village Le Esperidi

BETWEEN WINE AND TRADITION

Right at the end of the famous Viale dei Cipressi is the small village of Bolgheri, also made famous by Giosué Carducci, one of the greatest Italian writers, who stayed here for the decade 1838-1848. The land rises from a belt of Mediterranean vegetation and is connected to Castagneto Carducci by the “Via Bolgherese”, a magnificent route known for the presence of fine vines that earned it the nickname “Wine Route”. The majestic Arco del Castello leads the visitor to discover the oldest medieval village, where the atmosphere is that of another era, with narrow streets, small squares and artisan shops where you can discover the local specialities.
